Howbeck Healthcare has launched its Practice Support Toolkit which is available to all GP practices.
Whether you are an experienced Practice Manager or new in post, this online support package will support you step by step in helping identify areas within your practice where you may need to focus your attention and support you ahead of a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspection.
This service can be purchased on a tiered approach from access to our online portal; you can work through the package independently or have a face to face half-day meeting with a member of our experienced team, to work with you helping you to understand the requirements. A telephone support option is also available.
We fully understand the day to day pressures within primary care and recognise the importance of dedicated time and support to complete this piece of work enabling you to perform as a robust practice and to be as prepared as possible ahead of a CQC inspection. Following completion of the checklist and support visit (if purchased) practices will receive an action plan to help you prioritise areas of development appropriately.
